whenever people say they dont like cats because they dont happily greet you at the door i give them the stinkiest eye
i just can’t help but wonder what kind of shitty cat owners they know
about a week ago, my and my family’s beloved cat, Archie, was let outside and disappeared. he’s an indoor/outdoor cat, but when the weather is bad, he’ll always come back. it got really windy and my dad checked and checked on him, but Archie never came back.
we’ve searched everywhere, looking in garages (with permission), streets surrounding our street, fields, the roads, the highway, but we can’t even find a sign of a body. we’re hoping that someone might have him and he might be safe after all.
we live in Greene County in Springfield, MO. if you live in the area, or in Missouri or the surroundings states of it at all or have a lot of followers— please, please, please reblog this. we miss him so much, i miss him so much. i am twenty-one years old and got Archie when i was eight and named him myself. although he’s old, he’s very energetic and very healthy.
Archie is very friendly and will respond to his name as well as a “pcht-pcht" noise. he is a gray tabby cat with a patch of white on his chest, is polydactyl (he has “thumbs”) and loves any kind of food but fruit.

here is the craiglist listing, too.
i saw these little guys at the gas station today & they were practically glued at the hip?!
They had a cat at a video rental store (I know) that I was in last weekend, and I was so taken by delighted surprise to see this cat there, that I said this sentence with total and complete earnestness to my friends, who still love me (I assume).
